Dear apoforum,
I'd like to know about what happens to a tissue which is going to be used for transplantation concerning the possible induction of apoptosis or necrosis. You know, I'm lookin for the conditions under which the tissue cells go into apoptosis or necrosis.
Yours Roozbeh

I am an M.Tech student busy with a research project on radiation induced apoptosis of CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes.
Part of my study group will be infected with HIV; therefore I want some information on the effect of radiation on HIV-infected CD4 lymphocytes. If anyone has information on the subject I will appreciate it.
